Yvonne Dupuis, 98, of Foyer St.Thomas. St-Joseph and formerly of Memramcook East, passed away at her residence on Friday, February 4, 2000.
Born in St-Joseph, she was the daughter of the late Onésime Landry and Généreuse LeBlanc. A housewife, she attended Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by four daughters, Dorine (late Antoine) LeBlanc of St-Joseph, Marguerite (Ernest) Landry of Chelsea, Mass., Violette (Emile) Cormier and Anise (Albert) LeBlanc both of Memramcook East; three sons. Dollard (Doris) Dupuis of St-Joseph, Gérard (Jeannita) Dupuis and Léo-Paul (Marie Berthe) Dupuis both of Memramccok East: four sisters. Lumina (late Fred) LeBlanc and Violetto (Gillie) LeBlanc both of Memramcook East, Aurore (late Blair) Belliveau of College Bridge, Stella (late Claude) Bourque of St-Joseph; one brother, Léo Landry of Shediac; 45 grandchildren: 56 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren: several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Jimmie Dupuis in 1987; three sons, Alyre, Léandre and Yvon: two sisters, Florine and Loretta: three brothers, Onésime, Blair and Emile.
Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with a Funeral service to be held at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East on Monday, February 7, at 7 pm with Father Daniel Deveau officiating. Interment in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Cemetery.
